Refund policy

Maimere pieces purchased online or directly through a customer representative can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met: 

• The piece must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags, stickers, and ties attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip.
• The piece does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified).
• It is not a custom order or a special request order. 

Pieces returned to Maimere that do not meet this criteria will be sent back without a refund.
